Chocolate, Creativity and Live Experiences
The Chocolate Fashion Show brings an unexpected twist to the runway, with creations that combine fashion design and chocolate craftsmanship. Meanwhile, Chocol’Art showcases chocolate sculptures, sugar work and pastry artistry, revealing the skill behind edible showpieces.
At Pastry’Cho, visitors can watch chefs demonstrate their techniques. Guest of honour François Daubinet, presented by Valrhona, is scheduled to appear on November 21 at 11:00 am. The programme also features Canadian culinary talent, including Steven Tran, Priscilla Li, Gerald Tan and Rodney Alleguede.
For visitors keen to participate, Workshop Discovery offers sessions exploring chocolate and pastry skills. Options include decorating chocolate bars, making hot cocoa bombs, crafting bonbons and discovering savoury cocoa pasta. Workshop tickets are available separately.
The Bean-to-Bar Museum follows chocolate’s journey from cocoa tree to finished bar, while international delegations introduce the traditions and products of cocoa-producing countries. The Expo Village provides opportunities to meet artisans, discover their creations and shop for chocolate.
Families can explore Salon du Chocolat Junior, with activities designed for younger visitors. Industry guests can connect through the Business Space and trade programming. Together, these experiences create a varied programme for visitors interested in tasting, learning, shopping or seeing chocolate transformed through creativity and technical expertise.
